Natures Aid Flaxseed Oil 1000 mg contains high levels of Omega-3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Omega-6 Linoleic Acid (LA), which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. (The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g LA.) Plus Omega-9 as Oleic Acid.
