If you want to lower down your cholesterol levels or cholesterol control, it is always important to have sufficient amount of fiber in your diet, fiber helps to reduce the triglycerides as well as beta glucan helps to reduce the LDL cholesterol levels, so in this cholesterol diet I explained everything which food you need to add in your diet plan, I hope this video will helpful for you.
